Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or special releases), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package size, weight, and destination. Taxes, customs duties, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.


Delays & Risk of Loss

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control. Once an order is handed off to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.


That said, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with a carrier claim or resolution.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
